Spelt panini

An easy lunch, ready in 15 minutes!


• 1 spelt bread
• 1 slice of serrano ham
• 3 slices of mozzarella cheese
• 3-4 slices of tomato
• Italian herbs


1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Cut the spelt bread in half.
3. Garnish the bread with the serrano, the mozzarella and the tomato slices.
4. Season with the Italian herbs.
5. Bake 5 minutes on 180 °C without the other slice of the bread on it.
6. After 5 minutes put the other slice of bread on your panini and bake for another 5 minutes.
