Raspberry mug cake

Who says you can’t eat cake as breakfast?

Ingredients:

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp oat
• 1/2 banana
• 1 tbsp honey
• 5 raspberries

Recipe:

1. Mash the banana in the mug.
2. Add the egg, oat and honey and mix it until you have a smooth batter.
3. Add the raspberries and mix it slowly.
4. Heat up the mug in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes on 900 W.

Add some cacao powder or some nuts for an extra touch.
